Redundancy can be very difficult. My outplacement service turns it into a positive opportunity.  I create bespoke programmes to help people find and transition into a new job.

As Gallup Strengths Certified Coach, I believe it is important to fully understand and claim your greatest talents before moving to a new job.  I will help increase your self-awareness in the four dimensions of executing, strategic thinking, relationship building and influencing.  This self-awareness is a crucial foundation for success, helping to build confidence and credibility during interviews and presentations.

Based on a person’s strengths, I can help to develop an effective job search strategy, including helping to identify and approach prospective employers. 

I can also support people throughout the selection process.  Having worked closely with a variety of HR Directors, CXOs, Regional Directors and General Managers and also across a number of countries and industries, I know what decision-makers are looking for.  And as an executive recruiter and certified assessor, I have seen first-hand what successful candidates do well.  

 

I also offer interview simulations with feedback.  I will help you build confidence to talk convincingly about what you are good at with the ability to support this with relevant examples. I can also help with an effective CV and application letters.
