STRONG TEAMS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Powerful partnerships happen when people who have complementary strengths join forces and focus on a single goal.   They accomplish together what cannot be done separately.

According to Gallup’s research, employees are most engaged at work when they are teamed up with the right people.  They generate more ideas, achieve higher customer satisfaction and are more happy, productive and profitable. They also stay longer with their employer.

Great partnerships and successful teams need to consciously work on being well-formed and developed.  They need to learn how to combine the ‘power of two’ or capitalise on ‘team potential’. Using strength-based approach, I coach teams and partners to increase their self-awareness and development, or to overcome specific challenges, such as conflict, performance, communication, engagement and integration.

I apply my structured and proven approach across the following services:

  • strength based coaching with teams - to help team members to understand and appreciate their own individual strengths and contributions to the wider team and also how the whole team can use its collective talents to accomplish greater engagement, performance and productivity.  Individuals learn to value their own talents and contributions as well as the individual contributions and talents of others. The team learns how they can intentionally use their talents to help them to achieve their performance objectives. They gain an understanding of a process which can be used repeatedly.

  • powerful partnership coaching – to help two people become more aware and conscious of how they form, develop and maximize their partnership. The individuals discover their own abilities and weaknesses and understanding how another person’s abilities can complement their own. Great collaboration can be achieved by having awareness and appreciation of each other’s complementary strengths and developing a shared mission, trust acceptance, fairness and good communicating.
